I have already done a popsicle puzzle for phonics and numbers as part of a busy bag, but for this one I stuck to creating pictures puzzles (this can easily be added to a busy bag) for my charges to solve.

Very simply draw your desired picture onto your popsicles, be careful though as the pens will bleed when you draw on the sticks. You can make your puzzle as simple or as complicated as you like by adding more rows (or even columns) of popsicles.
