Jaime Amor is the superwoman behind global yoga brand, Cosmic Kids, and I was so excited to catch up with her in this latest episode of Parental Control.

Jaime is making a difference when it comes to children’s wellbeing and I loved talking to her about her journey; from teaching yoga to filming her series and getting it out there worldwide. We discuss the immense impact lockdown has had on her brand and what it’s like to work with her husband, Martin Amor. She alludes to lots of exciting stuff in the pipeline, so watch this space, and whatever you do make sure you download her utterly brilliant app.
