Pimp My Stroller – Chic New Solutions for Autumn & Winter

I love Stokke’s selection of strollers, and I’m in even more in love with the new Stokke Stroller Winter Kit that’s just launched, allowing you to pimp your stroller and stand out from the crowd this season.

I’ve always been a big believer in getting out and about with the kids in all weathers; there’s nothing like a brisk walk on a cold winter’s day, provided baby is warm and snug, and Stokke’s Winter Kit certainly ticks all the boxes when it comes to warmth and comfort.

What’s brilliant, is that the Winter Kit is compatible for the Crusi, Trailz and the seat Xplory Carry Cot, so there’s lots of scope to pimp, if you’re a Stokke stroller owner. The Winter Kit accessories come in a gorgeous Pearl White which is my personal favourite, and slick Onyx Black, which my husband definitely favours.

The kit includes a hood with a luxurious detachable sheepskin rim, rear textile cover, storm cover, a sheepskin brush and (I love this bit most!) gorgeously warm mittens in sheepskin and fleece for the parent. There’s also a down sleeping bag, made out of light feathery down and lined with fleece that comes in the two new colours, perfect for those extra chilly winter days.

There have already been predictions of heavy snow this year, so make sure you have everything you need to brave the outdoors for baby’s first snow day!

Heelys Rolls Into Spring With New Collection

Heelys, the original two-in-one wheely shoe launched in 2000, is preparing for the upcoming Easter holidays with its new spring collection. Ideal for encouraging an active, healthy lifestyle, the stylish designs will ensure kids (big and small) will roll through the holidays with ease.

The collection consists of 19 designs, including three brand new Heelys shapes: Reserve Ex, Reserve Low and Pro 20 Half Flood. The Reserve Ex has a basketball shoe style, while the Reserve Low and Pro 20 Half Flood tap into the current Y2K trend for an extra chunky sole.

Match your Heelys to your mood, with designs split across two main aesthetics – a darker colour scheme vs. a lighter, spring-inspired palette. Think camouflage print, graffiti text and paint drips contrasting with pastel colours, tie-dye, metallic laces, foil and rainbow print.

Available in the UK and Europe on the Heelys website and retailers, the collection is available in sizes C12-7 across single or two-wheeled styles. RRPs range from £49.99 to £69.99.
