Sitting comfortably? Great. You’re about to discover the newest travel system from iconic and much-loved British brand Silver Cross. The Special Edition design Pioneer Eclipse launches in May and is part of an exclusive new capsule collection from the leading pram and pushchair retailer.
We opened up the box to discover a glamorous looking travel system made with luxury fabrics.
On first impression, the Pioneer Eclipse looks like a pram that pays exceptional attention to detail, and on further inspection, we weren’t disappointed.
The chassis and frame have been coated in the most stunning black gloss. Sculpted 3D fabrics feature a subtle hint of a beautiful rose gold glimmer.
You’ll also love the shimmering rose gold piping, stitching, and badges – exquisite finishing touches certain to turn heads.
Suitable from birth, the carrycot is lined with soft and naturally anti-bacterial bamboo fabric to help regulate baby’s temperature. It can also be used for overnight sleeping, which presents a massive advantage when considering your pram purchase.
Where comfort is concerned, there’s been no expense spared. The Pioneer’s carrycot is long enough to accommodate newborn babies up to six months old, or until baby can sit up unaided.
As your little one grows older, they’ll move into the equally luxurious multi-recline pushchair seat to see them through their toddler years.

How To Create An Oasis of Calm In Your Baby’s Nursery
The Pioneer Eclipse travel system benefits from a really solid structure. It’s been built to last and is able to carry children up to 25kg.
Its large, multi-terrain puncture-free tyres are robust and able to tackle all of those exciting outdoor adventures you’ll have planned for when lockdown ends. In the meantime, the Pioneer Eclipse is the perfect companion for daily trips out of the house.
Built with excellent suspension, the Pioneer Eclipse is easy to manoeuvre, making it a fabulous stroller option wherever you live. Whether it’s the busy city streets of the capital, or winding country lanes, this pram has no trouble navigating the rough and the smooth, offering your baba the ultimate in comfy rides.
The ability to adjust the handlebars on a stroller is so useful, and this buggy’s handlebar offers four adjustable height positions.
Its extra-large shopping basket gets a huge thumbs up from us. You’ll never need to hang shopping bags or carry your changing bag over your shoulder.
The Pioneer Eclipse comes with a beautiful UPF 50 sun protection hood. This hood is to be used in conjunction with both the carrycot and the seat unit. There’s also a handy rain cover that fits over the stroller to keep your babies warm, dry and snug, all year round, come rain or shine.
The winter faux fur seat liner included in the box cleverly reverses into a soft cotton option for warmer days, so it’s ideal all year round without the need to buy a separate insert.
The chassis is fully compatible with Dream and Simplicity infant carriers, turning the Pioneer Eclipse into one nifty travel system. The stroller comes with the necessary adaptors you’ll need to clip onto the base.
There is indeed. Each Pioneer Eclipse travel system includes a stylish yet functional changing bag complete with mat and a thermal bottle holder. A chic addition that matches your pram to complete the look – and yet another thing you can cross off your list!
When you’re out and about, store your coffee or drink in the handy cup holder, safely attached to the handlebar, firmly out of your little one’s reach.
Prepare to turn heads and get noticed with the stylish and luxuriously comfortable Pioneer Eclipse travel system.
Available from selected retailers and online at silvercrossbaby.com from 26th May (RRP £995).
