Stokke Nomi: The Contemporary, Lightweight Chair For Life

Introducing Stokke Nomi, your new chair for life. In the world of parenting essentials, some products stand out not just for their functionality but for their ability to adapt, grow, and evolve alongside your family’s changing needs. Stokke Nomi is precisely that kind of gem – a chair designed not just for today but for every stage of your child’s development and beyond.

Your NEW chair for life: Stokke Nomi

From tiny tot to budding explorer, Stokke Nomi is your steadfast companion. With its futuristic design, this chair gracefully adapts to every growth phase. Whether your young adventurer is taking their first steps into the world of weaning or in their bedroom busy with homework, the chair guarantees comfort and style.

Nomi v Tripp Trapp

The Stokke Nomi and Tripp Trapp from Stokke are both designed by world-renowned Norwegian designer Peter Opsvik and share much of the same DNA.

Drawing on the insights from Tripp Trapp from Stokke, Stokke Nomi was crafted to encompass flexibility with a lightweight, contemporary aesthetic, so the chair will look the part in every room of the house. In fact, it’s so remarkably light (weighing only 5kg) you can hang it from the edge of the table for easy clean-up after meals. And when it comes to maintenance, the chair’s sleek surfaces and minimal crevices make cleaning as easy as A-B-C.

A highchair that inspires active seating

Stokke Nomi is engineered to encourage active sitting, so your child can enjoy safe freedom of movement – essential for a child’s healthy development. Active sitting enables little ones to use their bodies naturally, encouraging wiggles, shifts and even climbs.

Stokke Nomi is great at nurturing good eating and seating habits, with its ergonomic design to ensure top-tier comfort.

Easily adjustable from birth to beyond

The Nomi is made from sustainable, eco-friendly materials and offers easy, tool-free adjustability. With multiple height settings, an adjustable seat and footrest, you can customise the chair for optimal posture and support at every phase of your child’s development. All it takes is a simple twist of a knob!

Stokke Nomi accessories

Much like the Tripp Trapp from Stokke, there are newborn and baby sets available, so you can use the Stokke Nomi from birth. The newborn set gives you a safe spot for your baby to rest while you do a few chores and allows you to bring your baby to the dinner table from the very beginning.
