Tom Kerridge’s Ultimate Chocolate Milkshake

Ultimate chocolate milkshake recipe

Ingredients

350 mL whole milk
35 g Belgian chocolate sauce
1 scoop chocolate ice cream
1 dark chocolate rounds

To decorate

• 55 g Belgian chocolate sauce
• 3 scoops chocolate ice cream
• to taste UHT dairy cream
• 1 dark chocolate rounds, chopped
• 2 chocolatey rounds, halved

Method

1. Put the whole milk (350 mL) , chocolate sauce (35 g) , ice cream (1 scoop) and dark chocolate rounds (1) into a blender and whizz until smooth.
2. Drizzle the chocolate sauce (55 g) around the inside of three milkshake glasses, then add a little around the rims. Divide the chocolate milkshake between glasses and add a small blob of chocolate ice cream (3 scoops) to each. Pipe a swirl of cream (to taste) over the ice cream and sprinkle with the chopped dark chocolate round (1) .
3. Stick the biscuit halves (2) into the whipped cream. Poke a straw into each milkshake and serve immediately.
