These scrap paper Christmas tree pictures are a wonderful way to use up all those random bits of coloured paper that you have. If you are anything like me, I keep all bits of paper which are large enough to be used for something. As a result, I used to have a large collection of scrap paper (I don’t anymore, simple because it was left behind at my previous job for them to enjoy, but don’t worry I am already building a new collection).
Make sure you follow my Christmas board on Pinterest for more ideas. Don’t forget to save this pin for later.

On a piece of plain green paper draw a big triangle in the middle and cut it out.
Tear your other coloured paper into strips.

Next cover up your triangle with these strips of paper and glue them into place.
When you have finished, you could take another piece of green paper or white paper and glue it over the back. This part is optional. It really is only to make the back of the picture look neater.

Finally add some details to the front of your picture.
This scrap paper Christmas tree could easily be made into a Christmas card as well.
